Anacacho Orchid Tree

Anacacho Orchid Tree is a large, airy shrub or small multi-trunked tree with rounded, notched leaves and clusters of orchid-shaped white to pink flowers that open in spring and again after summer rains. It grows six to twelve feet tall, tolerates rocky limestone ground and heat, and needs little water once established. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers heavily, and deer generally leave the foliage alone.
